Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Please read the following carefully before initiating a return:
- You must notify us of any problems with your order within 7 days of the delivery date. Any issues reported after this timeframe will not be eligible for return or review.

- Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address. From the date the return address is issued, you will have 14 days to send your item back. Returns not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.

- All returns must be shipped back via post or courier. This helps us keep everything organised and ensures safe, trackable processing.
