Please familiarise yourself with our store policies to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience at our store.

Please allow up to 10 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note during busy seasons such as public holidays, this processing time cannot always be met. 

While your order is being processed, you will not receive any updates. Items in stock take 2-3 business days for shipping. Please make sure you are placing your orders, leaving enough time to allow your order to be processed and delivered as we will not be liable for any cancelled hair appointments or late fees incurred as a result.

Please wait until the processing time for your order is complete before requesting for tracking information or updates. Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking details. Shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking

  • All UK packages are delivered using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.
  • After your item is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking or reference number.

Lost Packages

  • If your order becomes lost in transit, it is no longer the responsibility of our company.
  • You will need to contact the delivery provider for any issues regarding lost packages.
  • We do not offer refunds or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by Royal Mail.

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your address is correct before placing an order to avoid any delays with your package.
