By placing an order on our website, you are entering into a purchase agreement with TM Beauty Ltd and agreeing to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Processing Time & Updates

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed from the next working day.

During exceptionally busy periods—such as sales events, holidays, restocks, or courier delays—processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will keep you informed wherever possible. As a result of this, we advise that that customers refrain from booking hair appointments until they have received and thoroughly inspected their orders. We will not be held responsible for any missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed. We do not provide updates during the processing period. You will receive the next update when your order has been dispatched and your tracking information becomes available.

Shipping Methods & Options

We offer a range of shipping options, which are automatically displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier services available in your region.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Express Shipping (where available) – Faster delivery with full tracking.
  • International Shipping – Fully tracked, delivered either by DHL, Royal Mail International, or a local delivery partner once it reaches your country.

All available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and rates will appear at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability is based on courier services and local customs regulations.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via one of the following trusted carriers:

Royal Mail International – Tracked & Signed

Secure international delivery with tracking updates and signature confirmation in most destinations.

For some countries, Royal Mail may hand over the parcel to a local delivery partner for final delivery.

DHL International – Tracked & Signed

A premium global courier service with reliable tracking and signature on delivery.

Delivery times vary by country, and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout after entering your address.

Countries We Cannot Ship To:

At this time, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to courier limitations or customs restrictions.
If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or forwarding companies because all shipments require a signature on delivery.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges vary by destination and are set by your local customs authority.

TM Beauty Ltd is not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Responsibility for Charges

All customs duties, taxes, handling fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Customs Processing Times

Customs inspections may extend the delivery timeframe. We cannot control or expedite this process, and delays caused by customs are outside of our responsibility.

Refusal of Delivery

If a parcel is refused due to customs charges or failure to pay required fees, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • A return shipping fee may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delayed and Lost Parcels

Delayed Parcels

We use reliable Tracked & Signed services to ensure safe delivery of your order. However, delays or issues may occur that are outside our control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, weather conditions, strikes, or busy seasonal periods. We are unable to refund or replace an order while it is still in transit and within the courier’s expected delivery window.

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered “lost” only once the courier has completed their investigation.

If your order appears to be lost:

  1. Please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
  2. Courier investigations typically take up to 30 days (varies by courier and destination).

We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier confirms the parcel’s status.

Cancellations or Order Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or amended one hour after the order has been placed.

Once an order has past this stage or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes, courier services, or legal requirements.
