UPDATE: 11.11.2024. Please note any orders placed between Monday 18th November 2024 - Monday 2nd December 2024 will be counted as a Black Friday Sale order and will be shipped on or after Tuesday 3rd December 2024.

Important: Our delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, occasional delays may occur. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order.

As a result of this, we advise that that customers refrain from booking hair appointments until they have received and thoroughly inspected their orders. We will not be held responsible for any missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments.

Please be aware that during busy seasons, strike periods, public holidays, and other exceptional periods, shipping times may vary.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During this processing period, no updates will be provided. We kindly ask that customers avoid emailing for order updates during this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email, and it will be sent using the delivery method selected at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship parcels on Sundays (for UK, Canada, Europe, and the Rest of the World).

Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx EU international (Depending on the best courier for your location, we will ship your parcel with one of the three). Parcels are shipped within two business days and are expected to arrive between 2–7 working days. Please note that since Brexit, parcels shipped to EU countries may potentially be held at local customs, resulting in further delays.
