Important: Our delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, occasional delays may occur. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when placing your order.

As a result of this, we advise that that customers refrain from booking hair appointments until they have received and thoroughly inspected their orders. We will not be held responsible for any missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments.

Please be aware that during busy seasons, strike periods, public holidays, and other exceptional periods, shipping times may vary.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During this processing period, no updates will be provided. We kindly ask that customers avoid emailing for order updates during this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email, and it will be sent using the delivery method selected at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship parcels on Sundays (for UK, Canada, Europe, and the Rest of the World).

UK & IRELAND

Royal Mail Express Next Day Delivery (after processing).

Parcels are shipped within seven business days and are expected to arrive within 1-2 working days.

EUROPE

Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx EU international (Depending on the best courier for your location, we will ship your parcel with one of the three). Parcels are shipped within five business days and are expected to arrive between 2–7 working days. Please note that since Brexit, parcels shipped to EU countries may potentially be held at local customs, resulting in further delays.
